You retain all of your ownership rights in your content. However, by uploading content to VideoTube, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license to use that content.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VideoTube shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
